Return and Refund Policy

We Get It. Sometimes Things Don’t Work Out

At Vape Hype, we want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something’s off—wrong item, damaged, or just not what you expected—we’ll do our best to make it right. You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After that, we can’t offer a refund.

What Can Be Returned?

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • We’ll need your receipt or order confirmation.

Some things can’t be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personal or hygiene-related items that have been opened
  • Flammable, hazardous, or perishable items

Don’t send anything back to the manufacturer. All returns go through us directly.

When We Can Offer Partial Refunds

There are a few situations where we can only refund part of the order:

  • If the item comes back used, damaged, or missing pieces (and it wasn’t our fault)
  • If it’s been more than 30 days since you received it

How Refunds Work

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and email you back about whether your refund has been approved.

If it’s approved, we’ll process the refund right away. The money will go back to your original payment method—usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card company.

Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?

If you haven’t seen your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card account.
  2. Contact your card provider—it can take a few days to show up.
  3. If that doesn’t work, check with your bank directly.

Can I Return Sale Items?

Unfortunately, we only offer refunds on full-priced items.
Sale items are final. and can’t be returned.

Can I Exchange an Item?

We can exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective. Just email us at [email protected], include your order number and tell us what happened, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Returning a Gift?

If someone sent you a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you’ll get store credit once we receive and approve the return.

If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase—or was sent to the buyer first—the refund will go back to them.

Where Do I Send My Return?

We don’t list a public return address for a reason—it helps avoid delays or confusion.
Instead, just message us on WhatsApp, using the chat icon at the bottom right of our website. Once we confirm your return request, we’ll send you the return address.

A few notes about shipping returns:

  • You’ll need to pay for the return shipping.
  • Shipping charges from your original order aren’t refundable.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll deduct return shipping from the refund (unless the issue was our fault).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding insurance—just to be safe.
