About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of vaphype.ae (the “website”) and to every order you place with Vape Hype (“we”, “us”, “our”), a retailer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

Age restriction

• Our products contain nicotine and/or tobacco and are for adults aged 21 or over only.
• By using the website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
• We may ask for proof of age at delivery and may cancel any order if we believe the buyer or recipient is under 21.
• Buying products on behalf of a minor is not allowed.

Health information

Nicotine is an addictive substance. Our products are intended for existing adult smokers and nicotine users. They are not for non-smokers, people under 21, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with heart conditions, high blood pressure or other health conditions affected by nicotine. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have health concerns, please speak to a doctor before using nicotine products.

Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your login details private and let us know straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are fraudulent or abusive, or try to misuse the website.

Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order.
• We may contact you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order and address.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price or description is clearly wrong, we suspect fraud, we can’t verify your age or address, or the delivery address can’t be reached. If you’ve already paid, we refund you in full.
• We may limit the quantity of a product per customer.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices and offers can change at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
• Delivery fees are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.
• We accept cash on delivery, card on delivery or by payment link (credit and debit cards, Google Pay, PayPal), and bank transfer.
• Card payments carry a 5% card processing fee, shown as a separate line at checkout before you confirm.
• Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.
• Discount codes can’t be exchanged for cash, can’t usually be combined, and may have their own conditions and expiry dates.

Delivery and ownership

We deliver within the UAE only. Delivery times are estimates, as described in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to the person you nominate. Ownership passes once we’ve received full payment.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Product information

We try to describe and show every product accurately. Packaging, colours and designs can change, or differ slightly from the photos, for example between import markets. Flavour descriptions are a general guide; taste is personal. Please read the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings before using any device.

Safe use

• Use devices only as the manufacturer intends, with the correct chargers and consumables.
• Keep all products, especially e-liquids, pouches and batteries, out of reach of children and pets.
• Don’t use damaged batteries or devices.
• Follow local rules on where smoking and vaping are allowed.

Brands and trademarks

We are an independent retailer. Unless clearly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the brands we sell. IQOS, TEREA and ILUMA are trademarks of Philip Morris Products S.A.; JUUL is a trademark of JUUL Labs, Inc.; RELX, Pod Salt, Al Fakher, VELO and the other brand names shown belong to their respective owners. We use brand names, logos and product photos only to identify the genuine products we sell.

The rest of the website’s content, including our text, design, logo and our own photos, belongs to Vape Hype and may not be copied without permission.

Reviews and messages

If you post a review or send us content, it must be honest and lawful, and must not be offensive or infringe anyone’s rights. We may moderate, refuse or remove reviews that break these rules. By posting a review, you allow us to show it on the website.

Emails and messages from us

We’ll send you service messages about your order, such as confirmations, delivery updates and refund updates. We’ll only send marketing messages about offers and new products if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time using the link in the email, or by contacting us.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described and for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by misuse of a product, ignoring the manufacturer’s instructions, allergic reactions, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under UAE law.

Website use

You may use the website for personal shopping only. You must not misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, scraping it, or placing fraudulent orders. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We’ll try to resolve it quickly. If we can’t, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated. Orders are covered by the terms in force when they were placed.
