What we collect
Information you give us
- Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and any order notes.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and password (the password is stored encrypted, and we can’t see it).
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form, email, WhatsApp or phone.
- Reviews: your name and the review you post.
- Refund details: bank account details if you ask for a refund by bank transfer.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, time on site, and the website or ad that brought you to us.
- Cart contents and shopping session data.
What we don’t collect: we don’t take card payments on this website, so we never see or store your full card number. Card payments are handled by the card machine or payment-link provider.
How we use your data
- To process, confirm and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them (including by WhatsApp and phone). Reason: to fulfil our contract with you.
- To check that customers are 21 or over, and to prevent fraud. Reason: legal obligation and legitimate interest.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds. Reason: contract and legitimate interest.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it. Reason: legitimate interest, and your consent where required.
- To send you offers and news by email, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time. Reason: consent.

Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll and click, to help us fix design problems. It masks text typed into form fields. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are needed for the cart and checkout to work.
Who we share data with
We never sell your personal data. We only share it when we need to, with:
- Delivery partners and couriers: your name, phone number and address, to deliver your order.
- Payment providers: when you pay by card machine or payment link.
- Service providers that host and run the website, send our emails, and provide analytics and advertising (such as our web host, Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft and WhatsApp/Meta). They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
- Authorities: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.
Data outside the UAE
Some of our service providers, such as Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare, process data on servers outside the UAE. When this happens, we rely on providers that apply strong security and data-protection safeguards, as UAE law requires.
How long we keep it
- Orders and invoices: as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal requirements, generally up to 5 years.
- Accounts: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Contact messages: up to 2 years.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months.
After that we delete the data or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data or account, unless we must keep it by law;
- stop or limit certain uses of your data;
- stop sending you marketing at any time;
- withdraw any consent you’ve given.
Email [email protected] and we’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you’re not happy with our reply, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.
Keeping your data safe
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it, and we use secure, regularly updated systems. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will act quickly if anything goes wrong.
Under 21s
Our website and products are for adults aged 21 or over. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 21. If you think a minor has shared data with us, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Our website links to other sites, such as WhatsApp and brand websites. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices, so please check their policies.
